# On GLP-1? Keep the proof. Then keep going.

*On GLP-1 · https://undiet.app/glp1*

The change is fast and you want to see it. Undiet keeps the photos on your phone, the diary honest and the timeline running after the last dose.

Find my diet in five taps, no email: https://undiet.app/find-my-diet

- **Private photos.** Cut out on the phone, locked, never uploaded. Ghost compare any two dates.
- **People on the same road.** Dose day posts, banter and supportive reactions, under nicknames.
- **A diary, not a dashboard.** Doses, appetite and feeling on one timeline that outlives the therapy.

## Fast change deserves private proof.

On GLP-1 the mirror moves week to week and the scale tells half of it. Keep the evidence on your phone and nowhere else.

- **Cut out on the device.** The pose guide fires the shutter when you are lined up and the background is removed on the phone.
- **Locked, not uploaded.** The vault sits behind Face ID or your passcode. Nothing is sent to us or anyone, and there is no share button.
- **Ghost compare.** Pick two dates. The earlier photo fades over the later one on the same landmarks, with a slider between them.

The free app keeps the last 30 days of photos; Plus keeps the whole history. Silhouettes above are drawn, never real bodies.

## Dose day is a diary entry.

Log the dose with its strength and the date. Add your appetite and how the day felt on two sliders. That is the whole entry.

- **Dose log.** One tap from the plus button. On the timeline the weekly rhythm shows as a row of marks beside the weight curve.
- **Appetite and feeling.** Two sliders, two taps, both optional. During the step up they often move before the scale does.
- **Side effects as feelings.** A queasy day is a low feeling score with a note, not a medical record. You decide what to write and what to share.
- **One timeline.** Titration, therapy and the months after are periods on the same line, with the same graph and the same two taps a day.

Undiet does not suggest a medication, a dose or a schedule. Never change a prescribed dose because of something you saw in an app. Talk to your doctor.

## The timeline keeps going.

The largest trial of weekly semaglutide followed people for a year after their last dose. This is what it reported, and why the record should not stop there.

| Week | Semaglutide 2.4 mg | Placebo |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 0 | start | start |
| 68, last dose, whole trial | 14.9% below start | 2.4% below start |
| 68, last dose, extension cohort | 17.3% below start | 2.0% below start |
| 120, a year off, extension cohort | 5.6% below start | 0.1% below start |

- **17.3%** below start at week 68, the group that stayed on for the year off
- **11.6 points** regained in the year after the last dose
- **5.6%** below start at week 120, a year off

Mean body weight change from baseline. Weeks 0 to 68: the semaglutide 2.4 mg curve of STEP 1 (n = 1961), read off the published figure, so the weekly values are approximate; the reported estimate at week 68 is 14.9% below start. Weeks 68 to 120: the 327 people who stayed on for a year without treatment (semaglutide 228, placebo 99); only the week 68 and week 120 values are published, so those segments are drawn straight. The extension group had lost a little more by week 68 (17.3%) than the trial as a whole, hence the step. Wilding et al., N Engl J Med 2021; Wilding et al., Diabetes Obes Metab 2022. Group averages from exploratory analyses; any one line can differ.

In that study two thirds of the lost weight came back within a year, on average. That is the stretch most apps leave blank, and the stretch Undiet is built for: the same photos, the same diary, the same community, one line that keeps going after the last dose.

## People on the same dose day.

Short check-ins under nicknames, supportive reactions only, every post moderated before it shows. Weight stays private unless you switch it on, and photos can never be posted.

- *maple_42* (GLP-1, week 9): Dose day. Nausea 3/10, feelings 7/10, cheese 0/10.
- *quietoak* (GLP-1, week 3): Day two after the step up. Appetite went quiet, mood is fine, soup for dinner again. Logged it anyway.
- *anna_k* (After GLP-1, week 4): Four weeks off the pen. Hungry mornings are back and so is the walk. Same timeline, new period.

Example posts, moderated, under nicknames. The community exists for the days that are hard, not to celebrate eating less. Credits are earned for showing up, never for kilograms.

## Short answers for GLP-1.

### Is this medical advice?

No. Undiet records what you log and describes programs in neutral words. It never suggests a medication, a dose or a schedule, and nothing on the timeline is a reason to change one. Talk to your doctor about anything in your therapy.

### Does it store my doses?

Only if you log them. A dose is a diary entry with the strength and the date, stored as health data with your explicit consent on servers in the EU. You can delete a dose, a period or the whole account at any time.

### Can I use it after I stop?

That is the point. When the therapy ends you mark it: the medication period closes and the next one opens on the same line, with the same photos, the same diary and the same community.

### Are my photos private?

They are processed and stored on your phone only, behind Face ID or your passcode. Nothing is uploaded, not even to us, there is no share button, and deleting the app deletes them.

### Is it free?

Yes. Tracking, the catalog, the photos and the community cost nothing. Plus removes the two time limits (30 days of photos, 90 days of trend) and adds stats per period, €39.99 a year with 7 days free, or €6.99 a month.
