On GLP-1? Photos, diary and people on the same roadJourneys and periods counted across Undiet since the first version in 2020.
The timeline
Drag along the curve. The readout shows the weight, the date and the diet you were on that day.
KGNow · Fasting 16:8 · day 43An example journey: no diet, then GLP-1, then fasting 16:8. In the app the line is yours.
Switching
Tap up to two diets. The timeline redraws, and nothing you logged is lost.
KGNow · Fasting 16:8 · day 105In the studies, about 9.2 kg lower after 15 weeks on Keto, then about 1.1 kg lower after 12 weeks on Fasting 16:8 (the study stopped at week 12, so the line holds flat after it). One line, 8.4 kg lower across both.
Keto:Foster et al. 2010, randomised, low carbohydrate (20 g a day induction) vs low fat, n 307, 2 years: 12.2 kg lower at 6 months, 10.9 kg at 12 months. With weekly group behavioural sessions for 20 weeks and prescribed walking. The low fat arm lost the same amount, so most of this line is the programme, not the carbohydrate rule.
Fasting 16:8:TREAT, randomised, 16:8 (noon to 8 pm) vs three structured meals, n 116, 12 weeks: 0.94 kg lower at 12 weeks vs 0.68 kg in the control group. No calorie target, no counselling, daily weigh ins on a connected scale. 141 were randomised and 116 analysed.
The switch:Hall et al. 2016, n 17: in the first 15 days of an isocaloric ketogenic diet body weight fell 1.6 kg, which the authors attribute mainly to water, with fat mass down only 0.2 kg. When a keto or low carb period ends and the next one is not low carb, that 1.6 kg of water is modelled as returning over 15 days. A metabolic ward study of 17 men; the return is a model, not a measured figure.
Study averages, scaled to a 96 kg start. Each period follows its own study from that study’s first week; no study tested one diet after another, and an average says nothing about any one person. Every study, figure and conversion:Where the numbers come from
The check-in
Two taps a day: your weight and how the day felt. Slide the comb and read what the app says back.
/ 10Heavy LightA good day. The graph will remember this one.
Photos
The app cuts you out of the photo, lines up any two dates and blends between them. All of it on the device. Nothing is uploaded, not even to us.
Cut out on your phone, not in a cloud.
The person segmentation built into the phone separates you from the background. The photo is never sent anywhere to be processed.

0/ 40 Lost weight this week +0 on purposeDay 3 of keto. Dreamt about bread. It was a good dream.
Meal prep Sunday. Six boxes of the same lunch. Monday me is grateful. Thursday me will file a complaint.
Mediterranean week 2. I have become olive oil.
Dose day. Nausea 3/10, feelings 7/10, cheese 0/10.
Skipped the scale today. It can wait. I cannot wait for coffee.
Low carb, day 9. I looked at a potato for a long time. The potato looked back.
Back after a month off. The timeline kept everything. Rude, but fair.
No diet this month and that is a decision, not a failure.
Example posts. Real ones are moderated, under nicknames, and never show photos.
GLP-1 and after
Log doses, appetite and feeling as a period like any other. When the therapy ends, the timeline keeps going.
One tap from the plus button, with the date and the strength.
Two sliders beside the weight, so the trend reads next to how the days felt.
The months after the last dose get the same graph and the same care.
Undiet does not give medical advice. Never change a prescribed dose because of something you saw in an app.
