The catalog

Ninety eight programs, described without a sales pitch.

The catalog is not a recommender. It describes each program the same way, plainly, and the only button on a page says "I am on this". What you are on is yours to decide with the people who know you.

Four filters, the same as the app

Goal (weight, heart, blood sugar, gut, energy, longevity, fitness, inflammation, brain), approach (low-carb to elimination), dietary needs (vegetarian to dairy-free) and effort (easy, moderate, hard). Pick a few and the list narrows; within a filter any match counts, across filters all of them do.

Diets, medications and procedures, side by side

GLP-1 medication is a catalog entry like any other, so a journey on semaglutide sits on the same timeline as a journey on keto. Entries for medications and procedures are shorter and factual, with the schedule and the route as published, and every one says to talk to your doctor.

A self-report marker

Marking a program records what you are already doing. It is not advice, not a plan and not a claim about what will happen. That is also what lets the catalog list medications and surgery honestly: you log what you are on, the way you would log a prescription in any health app.

The catalog on the web

Every program has its own page here, with the same description, facets and curated notes as the app, so you can read before you install. The list is a snapshot of the app catalog, refreshed with each release.
