The journey

One timeline for everything you tried.

Most trackers reset when you change your mind. Undiet does the opposite: every program you mark becomes a period on one timeline, and your weight curve runs over all of them. Switching is not failing. It is the data.

Periods, not programs

When you mark a program from the catalog, a period starts. When you mark another, or none, the first one ends and stays. Each period keeps its start, its end, its own weigh-ins and its own change, so a 6 week fasting stretch and a 3 month GLP-1 stretch can sit next to each other on the same axis.

The no diet period counts

The months between programs are the part most apps throw away. Undiet keeps them as a period of their own, because what happens after you stop is often the most useful thing the graph can show you.

Read it with a finger

Scrub along the curve and the readout follows: the weigh-in, the date, the program and the day you were on. Period labels light up as you pass through them. On the free plan the graph shows the last 90 days; Undiet Plus opens it up to the whole journey and adds the stats for every period.

Effort beside the weight

Every check-in carries how the day felt on a ten step comb, and that feeling is drawn next to the weight. A flat week with light days reads very differently from a flat week with heavy ones.

The journey graph

A journey is a timeline of diets.

KGNow · Fasting 16:8 · day 43

An example journey across three periods: no diet, then GLP-1, then fasting 16:8. In the app the graph is your own.
