Three phases, one timeline
A GLP-1 therapy usually has a shape: a titration phase where the dose steps up, a therapy phase at the working dose, and then a stop. Your doctor decides each of those.
What comes after the stop is the maintenance phase. It is the part most apps treat as a blank, and the part people most often ask about.
Undiet keeps all three as periods on one timeline, with the same graph and the same daily check-in, so nothing resets the day the therapy ends.
What the catalog lists
The catalog has a general entry,GLP-1 therapy, and one per medication:WegovyandOzempicfor semaglutide,MounjaroandZepboundfor tirzepatide,Saxendafor liraglutide.
Each page carries the route and the schedule as published by the maker, in a short table, and nothing else. Undiet does not suggest a medication, a dose or a schedule.
Logging the dose
A dose is one tap from the plus button, with the date and the strength. On the timeline the weekly rhythm shows as a row of marks next to the weight curve.
That picture, the dose marks and the curve together, is usually what people want to see when they look back at the therapy. It is also what a doctor may ask about.
Appetite and feeling
Beside the weight, Undiet logs appetite and how the day felt, each on a simple slider. Both are two taps, both are optional.
During titration these two often change faster than the scale. Keeping them makes the later reading honest: a flat week with little appetite is not the same as a flat week of cravings.
The day after the last dose
When the therapy ends, mark it. The medication period closes and a maintenance period opens on the same line, under whatever you are eating now.
Keep the same two taps a day. The question of the months after is exactly the question the timeline is built to answer: what happened, week by week, once the dose stopped.
If you move to a diet or a fasting window for maintenance, mark that too. It becomes the label of the new period, and the curve runs straight through.
What the graph will not tell you
It will not tell you whether to restart, change the dose or stop. Those are decisions for you and your doctor, and Undiet is a record for that conversation, not a part of it.
Never change a prescribed dose because of something you saw in an app. The catalog says this on every medication page, and the app says it where doses are logged.
Keeping it private
The medication you mark, the doses you log and your weight are health data, and Undiet asks for your explicit consent before storing them. Progress photos never leave your phone at all.
In the community, a check-in shows the program and the day you are on, never your weight unless you switch that on yourself. People on the same medication tend to find each other there.
Where to start
If you are on a GLP-1 medication now,Find my dietasks about it in the last question and puts the medication entry at the top of your shortlist, next to whatever you eat.
TheGLP-1 diarypage describes the dose log, the sliders and the maintenance period in a little more detail.
